• O’Melveny & Myers has added mergers and acquisitions and private equity lawyer Tobias Knapp as a partner. Knapp and partner Paul Scrivano serve as co-heads of U.S. M&A and private equity. Knapp joins from Jenner & Block, where he served as co-chair of that firm’s private equity/investment funds practice, chair of Jenner’s New York corporate practice and as a member of its firmwide management committee.
