Two Officers Plead Guilty to Falsifying Search Warrant
A Yonkers detective and a former police officer pleaded guilty Thursday to perjury charges for making false statements on a search warrant connected to a fatal 2014 drug raid.

A Yonkers detective and a former police officer pleaded guilty Thursday to perjury charges for making false statements on a search warrant connected to a fatal 2014 drug raid.
Detective Christian Koch, 39, and Officer Neil Vera, 35, pleaded in Westchester County Court to one charge each of second-degree perjury, and Vera also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of official misconduct, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office said.
As part of the plea agreement, Vera agreed to serve six months of weekends in jail. Koch will spend two months of weekends incarcerated.
