A judge on Monday recommended that Mark Zauderer, a partner at Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer, be tapped to mediate the acrimonious dispute between two equity partners of Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik.

Zauderer is well known among litigators and “he can listen to the parties and get a fair settlement,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Eileen Bransten said.
