The number of aspiring attorneys expected to take the New York’s July bar examination on Tuesday and Wednesday is slightly smaller than in 2014.

There are 11,206 applicants scheduled to sit for the exam at testing centers in New York City, Albany, Buffalo, Saratoga Springs and White Plains said John McAlary, executive director of the New York State Board of Law Examiners. He estimated, however, that roughly 300 applicants won’t show up.
