The State University of New York has hired a Manhattan law firm but state officials and the firm aren’t saying whether it’s related to a federal investigation of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s signature economic development efforts.
The state comptroller’s office released a heavily redacted copy of the contract with Kelley Drye & Warren on Tuesday following an open records request from The Associated Press.
