Thomson Reuters and the New York County Lawyers’ Association hosted a reception Monday at NYCLA’s Manhattan headquarters to recognize the 182 principal authors (many of whom are pictured) of the fourth edition of “Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts.”

The authors of the book’s 127 chapters include judges from the Court of Appeals, Appellate Division Departments, and the Supreme Court, as well as numerous commercial litigators throughout the state. The fourth edition is a step-by-step practice guide that covers every aspect of a commercial case, from initial investigation and assessment through pleadings, discovery, motions, trial, appeal, and enforcement of judgment.
