Manhattan prosecutors announced Monday that they have made plea offers to former Dewey & LeBoeuf leaders Stephen DiCarmine and Joel Sanders after dropping multiple charges against them. If the two do not take the deal, they face a retrial.

Prosecutors at a court conference also confirmed they are working to resolve the case against former Dewey chairman Steven Davis without a trial. Davis and his attorney are working on a deferred prosecution agreement.

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Peirce Moser said his office was dropping all falsifying business record charges against Davis, former executive director DiCarmine, former chief financial officer Joel Sanders as well as former junior manager Zachary Warren, who has not yet been tried.
