A foundation created by longtime radio producer Himan Brown has sued a Pryor Cashman partner, accusing him of diverting an estate worth nearly $100 million to a trust the lawyer controlled and then exploiting that control for his personal benefit.

Radio Drama Network made the claims in a petition against Brown's attorney, Richard Kay, co-leader of Pryor Cashman's trusts and estates practice.

But in an interview, Kay's attorney, Michael Kramer, of Michael B. Kramer & Associates, said he believes the lawsuit is controlled by Himan Brown's family members and heirs, including his son, who has brought prior suits, in an attempt to control Brown's assets.
