A prominent Fox News employee who joined Tuesday's racial discrimination class action against the network could be knocked out over an arbitration clause believed to be in his contract.

Kelly Wright, a two-time Emmy Award winner who says he's Fox News' lone black male anchor, is the only on-air personality among 11 current and former Fox News employees in the suit.

Jeanne Christensen, a partner at Wigdor LLP in Manhattan, said at least one of the plaintiff-employees involved in her firm's suit filed in Bronx Supreme Court signed a contract that includes an arbitration clause.
