New York midsize firm Otterbourg has added two attorneys, including Keith Costa as a member in its restructuring and bankruptcy practice, and Michael Wenger as counsel in its banking and finance practice.

Costa represents creditors and handles reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and private equity firm acquisition of distressed debt and assets. Costa is also a mediator who served in the Bernard Madoff and Lehman Brothers bankruptcies and has been a court-appointed Chapter 11 trustee and examiner.

Wenger, previously general counsel at Rosenthal & Rosenthal Inc., a factoring and finance company, focuses on drafting and negotiating agreements for factoring and asset-based lending transactions.
