Two partners who were practice group leaders at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto have joined the New York office of Minneapolis-founded IP boutique Merchant & Gould.

Merchant & Gould, a boutique with about 110 attorneys, announced this week that it had hired longtime Fitzpatrick partners and electrical engineers Jonathan Berschadsky and Frank DeLucia Jr. Both practiced at Fitzpatrick for more than 17 years. The firm also added an associate, Luciano Ricondo, arriving from Ladas & Parry.

The boutique now has six lawyers in New York.
