A bond trader can keep his $1 million arbitration award after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed, in part, a lower court’s refusal to vacate the award.

However, Judges Guido Calabresi, Rosemary Pooler and Richard Wesley vacated and remanded the lower court’s decision to deny attorney fees to the trader, Bret Ackerman, in Odeon Capital Group v. Ackerman,16-1545-cv.
