• Romer Debbas has announced that Hugh P. Finnegan recently joined the firm as a partner and co-manager of the firm's commercial real estate department. He was a partner at Sullivan & Worcester prior to joining.
• Cullen and Dykman has added Christopher Buckey as a partner in its litigation department. He was formerly at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna where he was co-chair of that firm's litigation, arbitration and mediation practice group.
• Tully Rinckey is pleased to announce that Kevin J. Shehan has joined the firm as a senior counsel. He was formerly at Klein, Zelman, Rothermel, Jacobs & Schess.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
