Fordham University is pleased to announce the appointment of John Brennan to the position of Distinguished Fellow for Global Security at the Center on National Security at Fordham Law. Director Brennan comes to Fordham after 33 years of government service, most recently as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 2013-2017.

The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers presented its presidential commendations to Marjorie J. Peerce for her commitment to ensuring justice and due process for all. A co-managing partner of Ballard Spahr’s New York office, Peerce has been vital to NACDL’s clemency efforts, previously in connection with Clemency Project 2014, and most recently with the newly-launched NACDL/FAMM (Families Against Mandatory Minimums) State Clemency Project.
