On Jan. 10 members of the judiciary joined the Network of Bar Leaders at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse for the Southern District of New York, to celebrate the New Year and present the network's past president Raymond Dowd, seated center, with the Hon. Harold Baer, Jr. Diversity Award.

The Network of Bar Leaders is a coalition of over 50 NYC metro area diverse bar associations created to encourage communication and collaboration to the mutual benefit of the bench, the bar, and the public. Dowd is the second recipient of this prestigious award.
