The Mayor's Advisory Committee on the Judiciary will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 8 to receive information regarding Mayor Bill de Blasio's nominees for appointment to Family and Interim Civil Court.
Concise, written statements of information or testimony that will be presented at the hearing must be received no later than 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7 at the Mayor's Advisory Committee on the Judiciary, Attn: Desirée Kim, executive director, fax number 212-312-0970, office number 212-788-6800, email [email protected].
The hearing will be held at 9 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, 100 Church St., 12th floor, in Manhattan.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
