Andrew Otis has joined Locke Lord as a partner in the firm's environmental section of its Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Practice Group. He previously served as head of the environmental group at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle.
Damien Byrne Hill will take over as Head of Disputes for UK & US at Herbert Smith Freehills as of May 1. He takes over the position from Mark Shillito, who has held the role for over 10 years.
Sharon Soloff has joined Stroock as a special counsel. She joins from Withers Bergman.
Penni Stathakos has joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman as an associate. Prior to joining the firm she was an associate at Sankel, Skurman & McCartin.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
