Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has added Grace Pan as a partner on the firm's Patent Litigation Team. Prior to joining, she was a partner at Holland & Knight.
Baker Botts has promoted associates Jon Finelli and Justine Gozzi to the position of special counsel.
JillAllison Opell has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in the firm's Insurance Practice. She previously practiced at Dentons.
Seven attorneys From Ganz Wolkenbreit & Siegfeld have joined Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman: Robert E. Ganz as senior counsel; David E. Siegfeld, Conor E. Brownell and Beth E. Carey as partners; Jed B. Wolkenbreit and Stanley B. Segal as of counsel, and Garrison P. Ramsdell as associate.
Thomas Quigley has joined the Metropolitan Transportation Authority as the company's general counsel. He was formerly a partner at Winston & Strawn.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
