The winners are Maritza Camacho Colon, senior management analyst at the Office of the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge, New York City courts; Major Gerard Duffy, Supreme Court, Criminal Term, New York County; Patricia Ryan-Greene, assistant deputy chief appellate court attorney, Appellate Division, First Department; Irene Laracuenta, supervising jury clerk, Supreme Court, Civil Branch, New York County; and Mary Murray, senior Surrogate Court clerk, Surrogate’s Court, Bronx County.
