Deanna Siegel, a Duanesburg Town Court judge and divorce attorney, will resign from office June 29, the commission said.

Siegel was charged by the commission in May 2017 for failing to timely report and remit more than $100,000 in court funds to the state Comptroller’s Office and the town of Duanesburg. A second charge alleged that Siegel did not cooperate or respond with the commission’s investigation into the first charge. She did not respond to three letters about the investigation and failed to attend a hearing on the matter, the commission said.
