Practice Profile: Christopher Yeung is a litigator with significant trial experience. He represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes and complex litigation, including contractual disputes, corporate governance- and business-related torts, securities actions, trade secret disputes, trade control cases, and white collar defense and investigations.

In 2017 and 2018, Christopher helped secure a complete defense verdict and subsequent affirmation on appeal in a trade secrets trial with half a billion dollars at stake, dismissal of two sets of consolidated shareholder derivative actions concerning a $41 million loan write-down, and summary determination of all remaining claims against one of the world's largest steel companies in an International Trade Commission investigation involving allegations of trade secret misappropriation, unfair imports of falsely designated goods, and price fixing.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Christopher is one of the firm's hiring partners in New York. He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in cases alleging constitutional violations. He also has served as a member of the Summer Event Committee for the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund.
