Practice Profile: Leigh Nathanson's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, securities and commodities litigation, class actions, and multidistrict litigation. She has also represented clients in regulatory and civil investigations.

She is well known for her key role representing Barclays in litigation involving the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). The highly-complex LIBOR matters are among the largest groups of consolidated cases in legal history. Ms. Nathanson is also a crucial member of the team representing the daily fantasy sports company DraftKings in a host of litigation.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Ms. Nathanson maintains a very active pro bono practice. In U.S. v. Robinson (SDNY), she tried a case on behalf of defendant Arnold Robinson, who was charged with conspiracy to distribute illicit drugs and faced up to 14 years in prison. Working on a two-person trial team, Leigh played a leading role in her client's acquittal, obtaining a ruling that key evidence from the government was inadmissible. She is among several attorneys working with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), in efforts to represent the growing numbers of unaccompanied minors who immigrate to the United States and are placed in removal proceedings.

Prior Experience: Ms. Nathanson was elevated to partner in January 2018, becoming one of the youngest partners at Boies Schiller Flexner. She first joined the firm as an associate in 2010.
