Margaret “Peggy” Dotzel has rejoined Zuckerman Spaeder as partner. She recently served as acting general counsel and deputy general counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Jonathan Birenbaum has been named the new managing partner of Winston & Strawn's New York office.
Russell Bulkeley has joined Mandelbaum Salsburg as a member in the firm's corporate and securities practice groups. Previously, he was in private practice in Connecticut.
Moritt Hock & Hamroff has added Steven Kay as a partner in its trusts & estates practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Herzfeld & Rubin.
Albert Mandato has joined Blank Rome as of counsel in the firm's matrimonial and family law group. He joins from Katsky Korins.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has hired Charlene McHugh as counsel in the firm's transactional & regulatory insurance, and M&A and corporate finance groups. She joins from Sidley Austin.
Dr. Hassen A. Sayeed has joined O'Melveny as partner in the firm's intellectual property & technology practice group. He joins from Paul Hastings where he was also a partner.
Katten Muchin Rosenman has added Susan Light as a partner in its financial services practice. She was formerly senior vice president and chief counsel in the enforcement department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Jay Deshmukh has joined Kasowitz as a partner in the firm's intellectual property litigation group. Prior to joining he served as senior vice president of Global IP at Ranbaxy Laboratories, an international generic pharmaceutical company.
Robins Kaplan has added former DOJ/JAG attorney Jennifer Jones to the firm as counsel. Prior to joining, she worked as a criminal litigation consultant for the Department of Justice, and also served as an assistant U.S. attorney in North Dakota.
Norris McLaughlin has hired William Brewer as a member of the firm. He joins the firm's Real Estate & Finance group. Formerly, he was a partner at Zeichner Ellman & Krause.
Fox Rothschild has added Benjamin Burkhart as a partner in the firm's corporate and emerging companies & venture capital practice groups. Prior to joining, he was a partner at Lowenstein Sandler.
Michael Kessler has joined Alston & Bird in the firm's real estate investment trust (REIT) practice. He joins from Clifford Chance where he was counsel.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
