Law students from NYU, Cardozo and other schools protest the appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court during a rally in Washington Square Park on Wednesday. The National Lawyers Guild organized what they call “a three day strike protesting the confirmation.”
Brooklyn Law School, Columbia Law School and City College of New York are also participating. The local protests are part of a nationwide event involving law schools around the country.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
