Almost 400 judges, lawyers and invited guests attended the public induction ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 13 of Judge Richard Sullivan who took the oath of office as a new judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His wife, Anne Navarro Sullivan, holds the Bible.
The ceremony took place in the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse in lower Manhattan.
