• Retired Supreme Court Justice Barry Kramer has joined McNamee Lochner in the firm's mediation and arbitration practice group.
• Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler has named Michelle Cohen as the firm's first Chief People, Diversity and Professional Development Officer. She will lead the development and execution of the firm's human resources, diversity and inclusion, and professional development strategies.
• Alston & Bird has elected Steven Campbell, Daniella Main and Christopher McArdle to the firm's partnership.
• Eversheds Sutherland has promoted Joshua Borden, Kristin Burns, Doyle Campbell, and Sean Diamond from the firm's corporate and financial services practice group, and Ted Friedman from the firm's tax practice group.
• Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas has promoted Debra Schoenberg and Astra Tudisco to partners in the firm's real estate practice.
• Perkins Coie has elected Imri Eisner and Dana Syracuse to partner.
• Walden Macht & Haran LLP, a leading law firm for white collar defense, commercial litigation and government investigations, named Adam P. Cohen as partner.
• Grant & Eisenhofer has added Jonathan Oestreich as director to lead the firm's shareholder activism practice. He previously was a senior M&A banker at Brown Brothers.
• Kasowitz Benson Torres has promoted Anthony Caputo and Andrew Kurland to partner, and Frank DiCarlo, Jessica Sutliff and David Szeker to special counsel.
• Robins Kaplan has promoted Oren Langer to partner. Additionally, Rayna Kessler and Nathaniel Moore have been elected principals.
• Blank Rome has elevated associates Beth Bernstein Connors, Andrew Hambelton and Jonathan Keen to partner. Diana M. Eng, formerly of counsel, has also been promoted to partner. Associates Martin Krezalek, Carmen Pagan, and Lauren Wilgus have been promoted to of counsel.
• Willkie Farr has promoted Laura Acker, Ziyad Aziz, Elizabeth Howard, Alexander Cheney, Jared Fertman, Shaimaa Hussei and Andrea Hwang to partner. In addition, Ted Powers, Agathe Richard and Nicola Rosenstock have been promoted to counsel.
• Buckley Sandler has promoted Andrew Pennacchia from counsel to senior counsel.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
