- Yariv Ben-Ari has rejoined Herrick, Feinstein as a partner in the firm's real estate department, and co-chair of the Israel practice group. He rejoins from Akerman, where he was a partner.
- Elsa Ben Shimon has joined Stroock & Strook as a partner in the firm's national real estate group. She was formerly a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld.
- Ellen Storch has joined Littler as a shareholder. She joins from Kaufman, Dolowich & Voluck where she a partner and co-chair of the firm's women's initiative and a member of the diversity and inclusion committee.
- Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has hired Jarrod Murphy as a partner and Ted Powers III as special counsel. Murphy was previously at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. Powers was at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. In addition, commercial litigator Ari Berman has joined the firm as a partner. He was previously at Vinson & Elkins.
- Matthew Sperry has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in the firm's trusts and estates department. He joins from McGuireWoods where he led the global private client practice.
- DLA Piper has added Michael Enzo Furrow and Brian David O'Reilly as partners in the firm's intellectual property and technology practice. Furrow joins from Venable and O'Reilly joins from O'Reilly IP.
- Mark Krassner and Brian Graifman have been named partners at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler Nahins & Goidel. In addition, Lisa Faham-Selzer has been promoted to counsel at the firm.
- Brown Rudnick has promoted Anupreet Amole, Kenneth Aulet, Zachary Hyde, and Chelsea Mullarney to the firm's partnership.
- John Zefutie has joined Culhane Meadows as a partner. He was previously at Duane Morris.
- Blank Rome has hired Michael Denci as an associate in the firm's real estate group. He joins from Thompson & Knight. In addition, the firm has hired Rachel Cohn as an associate in the firm's corporate litigation group.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
