Federal and state courthouses in Manhattan will open on time March 4, but no defaults will be taken in NYC Civil Court, and there will be no evictions due to the snowstorm. Civil cases will be rescheduled for those who can’t make it to court.

The Eastern District of New York will open one hour late, at 9:30 a.m. Jurors and jury staff are asked to arrive at the originally scheduled time.
