U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg celebrated her 86th birthday today. Residents of Brooklyn, where she was born, sent many happy returns her way at a #RallyforRuth near Brooklyn Borough Hall, where they had some birthday cake and supported the proposal to rename the Brooklyn Municipal Building in her honor.
