• John Bae has joined Thompson Hine as a partner in its business restructuring, creditors' rights & bankruptcy practice. He joins the firm from Baker Botts.
• Foley & Lardner has added Paul Labov as a partner in the firm's litigation department and bankruptcy & business reorganization practice group He was formerly a partner at Fox Rothschild.
• Peter Montoni, former associate general counsel at Antares Capital, has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the firm's corporate, finance and investments practice group.
• Fabrizio Lolliri, the global head of transfer pricing at Hogan Lovells, is relocating to New York office from London.
• Farrell Fritz has hired Sonia Kaczmarzyk to its Uniondale office as a commercial litigation associate. She was previously an assistant district attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office.
