• Alston & Bird has hired Katrina Llanes as a partner. She was previously counsel at Hunton Andrews Kurth.
• Thomas Huszar has joined Sullivan (previously known as Sullivan & Worcester), as a partner. He was formerly partner and chair of the corporate & securities department at Moritt Hock & Hamroff.
• Litigation finance and law firm consulting company Pravati Capital has named Adam Tubbs as its director of business development for the firm's NYC office. He joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he was a litigator.
• Perkins Coie has hired Lois Tilton as a partner in the firm's trust & estate planning practice. She was previously a partner at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever.
• Mayer Greenberg has joined Kramer Levin tax practice as a partner. He joins from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where he was also a partner.
• Patrick Doherty has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the firm's corporate and transactional practice. He joins from Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein.
• Michael Reed has joined Yankwitt as a senior attorney in the firm's civil litigation practice. He was formerly with Klafter Olsen & Lesser.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
