• Dale Degenshein has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner in the firm's financial and real estate services practice group. She was formerly with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.
• Richard Cronin and Erin O'Brien have joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman as partners in the firm's Tax certiorari and condemnation law practice group. They were both formerly partners at Cronin, Cronin, Harris & O'Brien, located in Mineola.
• Anne-Laure Alléhaut has joined Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler as counsel to the firm in its art & museum law practice. She joins from Sotheby's, where she served as senior vice president and associate general counsel.
• Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added Edward Wei as a partner in the firm's tax practice group. He was previously a partner with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
• Peter Stroili has joined Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck as an insurance coverage partner. He was formerly a partner at D'Amato & Lynch.
• Herrick, Feinstein has added the trio Raymond Levin, Ellen Hay, and Robert Huberman to its land use & zoning group. All had careers in city government prior to joining the firm.
• Goldberg Segalla has added special counsel Kevin Bryant and associate Gavin Fields to the firm's general liability and trucking practice groups in Garden City. Bryant was previously with The Law Office of Michael C. Tromello in Melville, New York. Fields was previously with Connors & Connors in Staten Island.
• Robert Katz has joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in the firm's corporate department and member of the mergers & acquisitions and private equity practices. He was previously at Shearman & Sterling.
• Venable has hired Kevin Ghassomian as a partner in the firm's tax and wealth planning practice in both the New York and Los Angeles offices. He was formerly with Bressler, Amery & Ross.
• Blank Rome has added Stephen Alpert and Jill Mindlin as of counsel along with associates Tyler Mullen and Alexandra Wysocki to the firm's finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy group. They all join from Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young.
• Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti has hired Christopher Eisenhardt as an associate in the firm's elder law and trusts & estates planning groups. He will be located in the firm's White Plains office.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
