  • Scott Green has joined Goldberg Segalla as a partner in the firm's employment and labor practice group in Garden City and Manhattan. He was previously with Rivkin Radler in Uniondale, New York.
  • King & Spalding has announced that Roger Schwartz and Matthew Warren have joined the firm as partners in its corporate, finance and investments practice group. Both join from Latham & Watkins.

  • Kimberly Banks MacKay has joined the Segal Group as senior vice president, principal and general counsel. Prior to joining, she was the U.S. Head, Legal and Compliance for Novartis Business Services.
  • Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr has added Timothy Pastore as a litigation partner. Before joining, he was a partner and chair of the litigation department at Duval & Stachenfeld.
  • Blank Rome had hired Thomas Margiano as an associate in the firm's real estate group. He joins from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
