A New York judge is set to review next week 28 affidavit ballots that Tiffany Cabán’s campaign argues were improperly invalidated in the Queens district attorney race.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice John G. Ingram, who has been specially appointed to preside over the case, said he would review the uncounted ballots Aug. 6 at the Queens Board of Elections office in Kew Gardens.
