Attorneys for Deutsche Bank and Capital One have until 4 p.m. Tuesday to tell a panel of federal judges whether they have copies of the tax returns of President Donald Trump or three of his children.

An order handed down by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit late Monday set the deadline for the pair of financial institutions, which have been used by Trump and his family for borrowing in the past.
