A ceremony was held at the Court Officers Academy in Brooklyn on Sept. 11 to commemorate the 18th anniversary of the World Trade Center attack.

On Sept. 11, Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks, above, spoke during a ceremony at the Court Officers Academy in Brooklyn to mark the 18th anniversary of the World Trade Center attack. Three wreaths stood behind him as a silent memorial for Captain William Harry Thompson and Sergeants Thomas Jurgens and Mitchel Wallace who were killed during the attack.
