At least 11 major chains were sued in the Eastern District of New York on Oct. 25 in a series of disability rights cases related to their gift cards.
Jeffrey Gottlieb of Gottlieb & Associates and Garden City-based attorney Darryn Solotoff filed suit on behalf of two visually impaired clients, writing that the chains’ gift cards do not include Braille.
