Jury Says Live Nation Must Pay $102 Million to Worker Who Suffered Brain Injury
In 2016, a Manhattan Supreme Court justice ruled in Perez's favor, but it took three more years for a jury to rule on damages.

A man injured in a 2013 fall at a Long Island concert venue operated by Live Nation has been awarded $102 million by a Manhattan Supreme Court jury.
Mark Perez was standing about 10 feet above the ground and working on a booth at Jones Beach Theater when he was knocked down, injuring his head, according to court papers. He underwent a series of surgeries on his skull and had at least one seizure.
Perez's injuries caused him to become disabled from work.
