The lead prosecutor in former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein’s criminal trial said Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke should keep the ongoing process of jury selection open to the public, urging him to reject a petition from the defense team for individualized, private questioning of jurors.
