Fourth Dept. Attorneys Facing Suspension for Failure to Register

The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, has released a list of attorneys who are facing suspension for failing to register and pay a licensing fee in compliance with Judiciary Law §468-a. Named attorneys are directed to show cause before the court on or before March 27, 2020.
