A former paralegal at Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht on Thursday accused ousted partner Donald Lewis of sexual assault and defamation amid an ongoing legal battle over his termination from the firm.

The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal court, claimed that Lewis masturbated in front of the plaintiff, Selina Kyle, and touched her breast in July 2018, while the two were working at Pierce Bainbridge’s New York office on a Saturday.
