Tip-off came June 16, when Dick’s announced it would open three outlet stores for discounted merchandise called Overtime by Dick’s Sporting Goods. The company didn’t waste any time—Overtime by Dick’s opened in Connecticut, Maryland and Pennsylvania the following week.
