Continuing its hiring streak this year, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has added a White & Case partner, Charles Pesant, in its corporate department and its securitization practice group in New York.
Pesant advises clients on domestic and cross-border structured finance deals. He has represented financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Rabobank and GreensLedge; private equity firms and their portfolio companies, such as Roark Capital Group and Inspire Brands; as well as corporate clients.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
