Steve Bannon, a former top strategist to President Donald Trump, pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges that he defrauded hundreds of thousands of donors to the "We Build the Wall" online crowdfunding campaign, which raised more than $25 million in support of Trump's efforts to build a wall on the United States' southern border.
