Lowenstein Sandler partner and current chair of the firm’s securities litigation group Larry Rolnick is leaving to start a new firm, taking with him virtually the entire group consisting of four partners and five associates to compete in the securities litigation opt-out space.

The only one from the group remaining is Thomas Redburn Jr., who has been named Lowenstein’s new securities litigation chair in its Roseland office.
