A state disciplinary commission reported Thursday that a Long Island judge should be censured after yelling at attorneys and workers, describing her behavior as abusive and rude.
The state's Commission on Judicial Conduct reported the determination Thursday against Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan. The judge has served in Nassau County since last year and previously worked in Queens.
