The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct determined that a village court justice in Ulster County should be censured for giving a defendant a ride home after an arraignment, among other charges.
Ellenville Village Court Justice Matthew J. Parker agreed to the censure, the commission announced in a news release Friday.
