A group of firework company owners have agreed to dismiss their federal lawsuit over rules aimed at hampering transmission of the novel coronavirus.
The owners, in the lawsuit filed in July, argued their activities were "outlawed" by state officials despite a ruling from a federal judge and said the state's rules violated their due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
