New York County Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron on Wednesday ordered that Eric Trump, President Donald Trump's son, must sit for a deposition with attorneys from the New York Attorney General's Office by Oct. 7, despite requests from his attorneys for a delay until after the November election.
