Attorneys for President Donald Trump on Thursday argued in court papers that the Manhattan District Attorney's Office engaged in "misdirection" when it pointed to a series of public reports alleging financial misconduct by the Trump Organization, according to a reply brief filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
